JPsync Time Tracking and Personio Connector for Jira

We use this app for about 1 year so far in a company of 26 collaborators (internals as well as freelancers; full-time as well as part-time). With JPSync we can now enable our controllers and executives to identify which workpackages (Epics/projects) did consume which amount of total labour time. One information our executives are very interested in: how much time is spent on meetings, on coding, on troubleshooting, testing etc. ? before choosing this app, we did an elaborated comparison between JPSync and alternative solutions for automated ticket-bound labour time tracking. Since we are a german based company, we fancied the fact, that the combination of Personio&JPSync provides for us the best cost-benefit-ratio in regards of european (german) labour and privacy laws. We didn't face any data integrity issue so far. When encountering bugs or connectivity issues, the IMPAQ-Support was quick to solve the inconvenience. We appreciate the seriousness and composure of IMPAQ-Support, when being asked to improve the existing product or solving an inconvenience.
