New feature to limit the size of images; any images larger than maximum size configured in global settings will be scaled down to the maximum size
From-address now shown in log entries
New feature to hide borders in email
Fixed bug with email scheduling, which caused the final email in a series to not go out
Affected both emails with an end date (not sent on final day) and emails with a maximum number of occurrences (sent one less than the number specified)
Added admin menu entries for quicker access to global settings.
