Ans 1) If the Jira Cloud setup closely matches the existing Jira Data Center and planned downtime is acceptable, Atlassian’s Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) may be enough for core Jira data migration.
If the Cloud environment has different templates, workflows, or configurations, or if teams must keep working during migration, OpsHub Migration Manager is better suited. OMM supports incremental synchronization, data transformation, migration of business-critical app data, and high-fidelity migration while allowing parallel use of source and target systems, minimizing disruption and reducing downtime.
