Workload and Capacity Manager for Jira

Drag a ticket from one column to another and it's reassigned immediately; the whole board reflects the new balance in real time for anyone else looking at it.

Filter the board by project, status, issue type, priority, or creation date to focus on the work that matters right now, and exclude statuses you don't want cluttering the view (done tickets, for example). Save any filter combination as a named profile — create, select, or delete profiles from the same dropdown — so you and your teammates can jump straight back to "sprint planning view" or "bug triage view" without rebuilding filters from scratch.
