Drag-and-drop status transitions
Drop a card in a new column and Status Manager finds the matching transition in the issue's actual Jira workflow and applies it, custom workflows included. No valid transition means the move is rejected and reverted.
Filter by user, status, priority, type, or date
Narrow the board to your own issues, chosen assignees, included or excluded statuses, priorities, issue types, or a creation-date range. Issues are grouped into per-status columns separately for each issue type.
Save filters and column order as profiles
Save any filter combination plus your custom column order as a named profile, per project and per user, then switch between saved profiles instantly instead of rebuilding filters each time.

Ticket Status Manager adds a board to each Jira project's sidebar that groups issues by issue type, with columns for each real workflow status. Drag a card to a new column and the app calls Jira's own transition API for that issue — moves are only allowed if the target status is a valid transition in the issue's actual workflow, so custom, non-default workflows are respected rather than assumed.
Reorder columns by dragging their headers. Filter the board by assignee (or "just me"), included or excluded statuses, priority, issue type, or a created-date range, then save that combination — plus your column order — as a named profile so you can switch views instantly instead of rebuilding filters.
Profiles are saved per project and per user. Runs entirely on Atlassian Forge, with filter profiles stored in Forge's built-in storage.
