Start an agile poker session for a single ticket, or directly for the list of sprint tickets. Choose the participants in the Async Poker session and everyone can read the ticket(s) and provide estimates in their own time.
Once all estimates for a ticket have been submitted, everyone can view them within the ticket, or user the overview page.
Discuss the estimates async in Jira, or synchronous during a call. No need to discuss tickets anymore where everyone agrees to the story points.
Estimates will be independent, as the results will only be visible after everyone submitted their estimate for a given ticket.
