Protect your user's privacy by disabling the personal activity stream to prevent misuse of personal working schedule or performance: other JIRA functions refering to the stream data will still be working.

Delete issue history items physically

History items will be removed irretrievable. This deletion makes sure that the data is not stored somewhere on a server where anyone who has access can misuse this information.

The activity stream in the user profiles can be misused. Our app helps you to prevent this by deactivating the personal activity stream on user profiles. Our app also prevents unnecessary conflicts with the works councils in many countries, as they prohibit the measurement of people's performance and the monitoring of activities based on timestamps.

Jira's issue history includes data, which are removed from issue fields e.g. like personally identifiable information (PII). Independent from GDPR you can also protect your users and customers from e.g. "hate speech" by additionally deleting undesired comments and field contents from the issues' history, too.

Deactivating or deleting users does not remove their avatars or uploaded images. Use our app to ensure that these personal images are automatically removed.
