Asset Bank Workflow

This is a workflow for asset bank management via Jira, it uses a custom Asset Bank issuetype meant for use on a standard project. This workflow can be adapted to many kinds of projects, but is primarily destined for usage on agile projects as it was originally conceived as such. It can be easily adapted to other projects as needed.
