Share Jira issues and schedule via Google calendar

Synchronized Google calendars can be shared with 3rd party users who do not have access to Jira. So, you export the Jira issues and your plans outside Jira.

Bridge configuration

Select a project, Jira filter or JQL your bridge will be based on. Choose a Start field or both Start and End fields to be used by the bridge.

Jira issues are synchronized with Google calendar

The synchronized Jira issues are displayed as Google calendar events. Changes in Jira are sent to Google and vice versa. Move Jira-based events in your Google calendar, edit an event summary or description.

More details

Google Calendar Bridge for Jira provides the following features:

  • synchronize Jira issues with Google Calendar by displaying them as calendar events
  • configure up to 100 bridges per Jira instance

Worth mentioning:

  • bridges are synchronized every 2 minutes, so Jira changes can be reflected in Google Calendar with up to a 2-minute delay
  • administrators can control who can access the app and who can manage bridges
