Apportunity: Mermaid Diagrams Macro for Confluence

Started using it but just realized pdf export does not render the diagrams, which is a deal-breaker as my client needs pdf exported docs for internal distribution. I keep getting "Your Mermaid diagram should be here, but pdf rendering isn't supported due to Forge limitations" Very cool way to handle edit vs view mode though, I'm really dissapointed I'll have to switch to another plugin which forces me to include the diagram code inline, which is not really relevant to the reader

I have been testing all Memaid js apps available. This is the best free one I found. Unfortunately, there are two issues: click from flowcharts are not supported, and it cannot fully zoom in on large diagrams. Edit: Added an extra star, as the new update covers 99% of my use cases and can work around the other. Still would be nice to enable links, maybe through a configuration.

  We've recently released an update that addresses potential issues with diagram rendering, including those with links. Now, diagrams containing links will render correctly. However, the links themselves will not be clickable. This is the default behavior enforced by Mermaid for better security. This means you can create and share diagrams with links, but they will remain non-clickable.

  Additionally, we've extended the maximum zoom level in the preview to 10x, allowing for better visibility of large diagrams.

It cannot be used normally. When I used it, it said that " You can view the diagram in read-only mode here. Publish the page to view and edit the diagram. The Mermaid diagram is empty It’’s never too late to start creating one". Even if I published the page, it's still cannot be edited.
