Autogenerated reports include sorted reasons and methods to address identified issues, enabling teams to tackle problems systematically—often starting with the most frequent issues (those affecting the largest number of tasks) and working down to the least frequent.
These reports can also group teams, which is ideal for SoS/SAFe/etc. retrospectives:
- Compare groups of teams, e.g., Team 1 and Team 5 as one entity versus Team 3 and Team 4 as another.
- Compare periods, e.g., 2024 vs. 2023 for Team 1 and Team 5 combined.
Fine Tuning of Metrics:
- Including issues of Removed Scope in the Uncompleted Scope, a feature not available in native JIRA.
- Excluding Duplicate Tickets.
- Excluding issues linked as 'testing discovered' to issues in the same sprint from the Re-estimated Scope and Added Scope metrics.

- Take Jira administration actions (e.g. create projects and custom fields, view workflows, manage issue link types).
- Create and edit project settings and create new project-level objects (e.g. versions and components).
- Access and interact with your data from outside of Atlassian.
- Access and interact with your data as the logged-in user from outside of Atlassian.
