Add the Jira users involved, a location and a link to any event, and switch on Only my events to focus on your own.
🛡️ No More Lost EditsWhen several people edit a calendar at the same time, everyone's changes are kept. Deleted an event by mistake? Undo it. If someone deletes an event while you're editing it, you can save your edit as a new event.
✨ A Cleaner Calendar HeaderA new header with a New event button and clearer labels that fit narrow panels and gadgets. Lock calendar stops anyone from adding or changing events until it's unlocked.
🔐 New PermissionThis update asks a Jira admin to approve one new permission, reading Jira users, so you can find people and show their names on events. Event Planner keeps working on its current version until the update is approved.
🐛 Bug Fixes & ImprovementsDates follow your own date format, the list view shows the correct event times, saves are checked more strictly for better security, the event form works better with a keyboard and screen reader, and many smaller fixes.
