TestRail has a large range of reports that you can generate from it. The problem for traceability matrices is however that you should not rely on only tests as the starting point.
Select the Jira version, select which TestRail project and suite/run the test cases or test executions are stored and create the matrix. Easily spot requirements without tests, and the other way around.
