TimeFlow for Jira

I initially thought this app was not working correctly because the Time in Status and some other report fields were not showing the expected values. I liked the look and feel of the app, but since the data did not seem correct, it felt unusable for my needs. However, after investigating further, I realized the problem was actually on my side. I had selected the wrong field for the range. It seems there are two similar fields, and I had chosen the incorrect one. Once I corrected that, the data appeared as expected. In addition, our admin pointed out that there is a configuration option to display Time in Status directly in the ticket details, which is very convenient. Seeing that this feature worked correctly made me realize the reports were probably misconfigured on my side, and that helped me track down the issue. Because of this, I updated my rating. I’m leaving this review here in case others run into the same confusion I had. Now that everything is configured correctly, I feel this is one of the most complete tools available for Time in Status. Tools like this save teams from having to log time manually, while still allowing useful KPIs to be derived from the workflow data.
