JLV-40: Fix LogViewer REST endpoint registration on Jira 11.
On Jira 11, the plugin shipped two jakarta-flavoured REST resource classes registered against the same
@Path("/log"). Jersey refused to initialise the resource model and the LogViewer page failed with "Error fetching log data"; the Download button returned the generic Jira 404 page. Users on Jira 11.x who were unable to view or download logs after upgrading from 1.2.0 should upgrade to 1.2.1.Jira 9 and 10 are unaffected by the bug and unchanged by this release.
