Workflow Wizard

Used for migrating WF from DC to Cloud

This 3rd party app is simple and effective, and helped my team streamline the process of migrating workflows from one Jira cloud instance to another. The export of multiple workflows into a single JSON export file worked well; while we had to manually re-map customfield IDs, the single file approach made it easier to do it all in one fell swoop, rather than workflow-by-workflow. There are a few improvements we'd love to see but overall quite happy with the functionality.

We would be happy to hear about the improvements you would suggest, based on your practical experience with the app. Please feel free to create a ticket in our portal or contact me directly.

I want to export workflows from our Cloud instance for import into another Cloud instance. When I go to the Export screen, nothing appears. No entries on the screen that I tried got any workflow to appear. I created a ticket and received a response after two weeks, and the ticket is in In Progress. Upping the review to two stars. Upping review to three stars! I was able to get a list of workflows and a big, complex one exported and imported. Am testing further. Thanks for the support.

Thank you for your patience and collaboration – we’re thrilled the export worked and appreciate your updated review!

very helpful app to prepare / customise workflows in the sandbox for the cloud as part of a migration and to transfer them to the productive cloud after the migration is complete. Saves a lot of rework
