  Thanks for using our product, we appreciate your input to help us improve. The issue was most likely related to the size of the Jira project you were testing. Our latest version improves performance and now supports projects up to 8k tickets in JSM and 15k in JSW.

  Would you mind trying the new version and sharing your feedback?

It's easy enough to download files, but a lot of the stated features appear to be missing. I can't see how to bulk download, mark favorites, or view thumbnails.

  Thanks for using our product. We now support downloading multiple files at once, up to 50 files per batch.

  In addition, the CSV export allows you to extract all attachment details with direct links to each ticket and file for download, and we’ve added reports to help you better understand and manage your attachments.
