LogMeIn Resolve

Painful to use. We have pre-installed Resolve agents already on all our devices and can 1-click directly through Resolve for access without having to ask the user to accept. That functionality doesnt seem to exist here and forced the end user to take actions including downloading an application. We abandoned this app.
