Elements Pulse - IT Experience Intelligence for JSM

We’ve been working with Elements for several months now, utilising the Pulse app to enhance IT Experience Management and track XLAs with customers. Even at this early stage, the app impresses with its intuitive dashboard, which seamlessly integrates Jira’s operational, technical, and experience data into a single, easy-to-read metric. The Elements product team has been highly receptive to feedback, actively considering new ideas and suggestions for improvements. This collaborative approach has made for a positive experience, and we look forward to seeing how the app continues to evolve.
