Customer Informer for Jira Service Management

Templates for Jira Service Management lets admins build richer content for the customer portal than plain text banners allow. Write in Markdown or raw HTML, embed a Mermaid diagram to walk customers through a process, or drop in a video — all genuinely rendered on the live portal, confirmed against the app's own rendering code (Markdown via marked, HTML via a real parser, and Mermaid diagrams rendered client-side).

Templates can be placed in the portal header, subheader, or footer, and scoped to specific service desks and template types, so a customer only sees content relevant to the desk and page they're on — not a single banner shown everywhere regardless of context.

Everything is managed from one admin page: create a template, preview the rendered Markdown before publishing, activate it across the service desks you choose, and see every active template listed in one place so nothing gets forgotten or duplicated.
