When my organization installed the plugin we had a problem with it, however after opening a support ticket the vendor was able to fix our issue and push out an update within a day. Also, we migrated off of 'Jira Threaded Comments' plugin easily. The vendor even helped out with migrating the data from the only vendor by providing us the database structure. All we had to do was manipulate and Copy the data from AO_0C0737_COMMENT_INFO (old addon) into AO_9050EF_REPLY_ENTI (this addon)

Excellent plugin that provides functionality at the level of top plugins for free. However, there is a bug in that the taskbar after the first comment starts displaying 2 fields for the comment and when sending it is duplicated more than 2 times. And translations into different languages ââwould be cool.
