Easier, faster user management.
Admin Automation for Jira Cloud allows you to schedule automation rules to run whenever you want. It allows you to automate your security and product access processes, saving time and keeping your user management up to date.
Currently our automations can:
- Sync users to the default Atlassian product access groups, from your SCIM sync’d groups
- Schedule users to be added between two groups at any time
- Schedule users to be removed between two groups at any time
- Perform a one time add or remove users between groups in bulk
Soon our automations will allow you to:
- Remove inactive users
- Perform more bulk actions on users and groups
- Grant and remove bulk product access
- And more!
See our documentation and roadmap for help and information on what’s coming up.
