This app allows teams to control and monitor ticket response and resolution times using custom SLA goals, closely replicating the native behavior of Jira Service Management. It's especially useful for Jira Software or Jira Core projects that don't support native SLA tracking. The app enables users to define SLA timers based on ticket status, priority, issue type, or other criteria. SLA timers can start, pause, and stop based on workflow transitions, and can be configured to count only business hours, taking holidays and time zones into account.
