Key highlights of the appBetter Confluence content. Better AI answers

Cleaner context in, clearer answers out

Rovo and other AI tools answer from whatever Confluence holds. Retention policies and rules keep outdated pages out of that context. The Rovo Classification Agent can suggest a sensitivity and retention for each page.

Retention policies that match your schedule

Set one default, then add rules by space, group, user, or classification. Content Audit shows which policy applies to each page and why, so you can review results before any action. Enable Automation only when ready.

Review first, with a record of every decision

Owners can review expiring pages and users can flag stale ones. Content managers extend dates or keep pages evergreen, and a permanent audit log shows Legal and Compliance who decided what, and when.

More details

Content Retention Manager brings retention policies, records management, and automated lifecycle to Confluence Cloud. Admins install it and delegate day-to-day work to groups that run policies, rules, and content reviews.

Rovo, ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP-connected tools read whatever Confluence holds. Enforced retention keeps their answers grounded in context someone still stands behind.

  • Retention rules by space, group, user or classification level
  • Page owners review what’s expiring, and users flag what’s stale
  • Extensions and legal holds for anything you must keep
  • AI-assisted classification, plus bulk label migration
  • A permanent, exportable audit log for Legal and Compliance

The payoff: one set of rules replaces page-by-page cleanup, and there’s less to search, hold and produce when Legal comes asking.

Archiving alone isn’t records management. Start with visibility and review (also in our free Lite edition), and go further only when your team is ready.
