Sprint insights & Reports for Jira (Dashboards | Charts)

I spent quite a bit of time looking for an app that would provide insights into sprint analysis, team performance, and process gaps. I came across Middleware and was instantly attracted to its capabilities. Overall, the onboarding process was smooth and quick. The Middleware team has excellent support services and is on top of resolving issues on the spot. Outstanding tool and team.

Thanks a lot for your kind words Mohamed Hamra! We're glad to have you on Middleware and excited to be on your team's efficiency journey :)

I’m constantly on the lookout for tools that not only enhance our tech team’s efficiency but also provide deep insights into our development process. Middleware has been a game-changer for us. Its intuitive dashboard goes beyond JIRA’s built-in capabilities, offering a clear view of our team’s dynamics and pinpointing areas for improvement. The setup was a breeze, and within minutes, we were able to leverage actionable insights. Middleware’s ability to provide a single view of delivery and people issues has empowered us to manage our sprints more effectively, ensuring our team remains focused on delivering software. I highly recommend Middleware to any engineering team looking to elevate their software delivery process.

Hey Vaibhav! thanks a ton 😊

  More power to you!

It's useful to get insights on what's going on with your development and team. As JIRA built-in insights are also limited, this kind of better dashboard is really useful to point out what's going on and where to improve on your process.

Thank you Dien! Being a new addition to the marketplace, this feedback and review means a lot to our team 😊

This addon was easy to use, fast to setup and does exactly what it says. My sprint has been managed in a better way due to reporting and metrics given by middleware
