Oauth integration with Microsoft Exchange Online.
Reads unread emails from mailboxes in your Microsoft Exchange online, and sends "ticket created" email notifications to users once their email has been converted into a ticket.
Support for users not part of your Jira instance
Users don't need a seat in your Jira instance to add comments to issues. Email replies to the "new ticket" email notification are added as comments.
Multiple mail handlers to handle multiple mailbox
Create a handler for each mailbox so that each mailbox will create tickets for different projects and issue types.
More details
Support can set everything up for you for free. Just email & ask (hello@programmerhat.com, My Calendar (calendly.com)).
We can copy over mail server settings and test it for you. Or build features that you think are missing.
Besides that, we offer hands-on support (free) -- live screensharing, etc. We are also eager and looking to improve from feedback + feature requests.
This adds a issue action to every issue called "Email This Issue". Clicking on this issue action brings up a popup where you can write down the emails you want to email this issue's details to.
The default JIRA "share" action doesn't allow you to share issue with non-members. What if you want to share issue, without having to purchase additional licenses for people who you'd like to share the issue with?
Now, you can easily use this app to share issues with anybody who has an issue, without needing to purchase additional JIRA seats!
