ikuTeam Office: Edit Word, PowerPoint & Excel Attachments

I’m fairly new to using integrations in Jira, but the ikuTeam app was easier to understand than I expected. What I like most is that we can access files from cloud storage directly inside Jira issues without uploading them again. It helps keep everything organized and avoids duplicate files.

Wonderful support! I was having trouble with the protection settings on one of my files, so I reached out for help and was able to resolve the issue in less than 24 hours. The representative was friendly, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend the app!

The app no longer works based on the user documentation here: https://ikuteam.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IAD/pages/3111419905/Office+Editor+for+Jira I installed it hoping for a solution to being able to view and edit attachments in Jira without having to open, download, then open locally, edit file, save locally, remove old attachment in Jira, and load the new attachment in Jira. However, the plugin did not work and when I looked at the user documentation it looks like it was sunsetted over 2 months ago. I'm surprised it is still in the marketplace if no longer functional or supported.
