Quick start instructions

1. Click "Create Template"

2. fill out template name. Select the projects and issue types this template is available for. Fill out the summary and description for the template.

3. Click "Save Template".

4. Now to use the template, you can use the "Template" custom field in the "Create Issue" screen, select the template you want to apply, and the summary and description will be automatically filled out.

Integration Details

Create Ticket Template, Issue Template, Easy Templates integrates with your Atlassian product. This remote service can:

  • Take Jira administration actions (e.g. create projects and custom fields, view workflows, manage issue link types).
  • Create and edit project settings and create new project-level objects (e.g. versions and components).
  • View user information in Jira that the user has access to, including usernames, email addresses, and avatars.
  • Read Jira project and issue data, search for issues, and objects associated with issues like attachments and worklogs.
