Worklog Report
The report can be found above the Requests list on JSM portal. Customers can see details about individual work logs per request and total sum of logged hours.
Contract info
Portal customers can see details about their support contract: the type of contract, start and end date, number of contracted hours, how much time was logged and left from these contracted hours.
Administrator control
Enable or disable customer access to reports, restrict to specific users, choose which fields are visible, and optionally integrate with Tempo or ActivityTimeline to ensure only billable hours are included

With Worklog Report you can easily share details on the JSM Portal about the time logged on customer requests for a given period.
Contract management option is also available: Show customers details about their support contract: contracted hours and how much are left.
The list of requests can be easily filtered by:
- project
- status (Open, Closed)
- date period
- creator (Created by Anyone, Me, Where I am Participant)
- request type
The list of requests can be exported to Excel file.
Each request can be expanded to display individual work logs with details such as the date of time logging, the user, the status, and the amount of time.
Configuration options allow to:
- Select which users have access to the report.
- Select which fields to show to customers
- Integrate with Tempo or Activity Timeline and choose to only take billable hours into account.

What’s New in Worklog Report
This release introduces ActivityTimeline integration and several usability improvements:
- ActivityTimeline Integration with Billable Hours - Admins can now connect Worklog Report with ActivityTimeline via API token. Once enabled, project admins can activate billable hours at the project level, and portal users will see billable hours directly in their Worklog Report tables. This makes it possible to process and report billable hours for customers already using ActivityTimeline.
- Conditional Hiding of Worklog Descriptions - If the Summary field is hidden in the WR configuration for a project, the Worklog Description will also be hidden from portal users, ensuring sensitive details remain internal.
- Performance & Usability Fixes - The default filter is now set to “Created by me”, with “Created by everyone” moved last, improving load times for large datasets.
