We are utilizing this application as our developers are working in Jira, and our Support Team is working in DevRev. We are in need of viewing DevRev Ticket Comments in the "DevRev Activity" tab. However, it is providing us with an error, and our developers are unable to see our customer and agent comments on the DevRev tickets within the Jira item.
