Templates and a signature, one click away

The Library keeps your templates, signature, team words and voice commands beside the editor. Insert at the cursor, type "/" or say "insert template bug report". Admins share project and site templates.

Customers reply by voice in the portal

The JSM customer portal gets a "Reply by voice" card: customers and agents dictate, attach photos from a phone and post the comment as themselves. Voice commands work in 10 languages.

The browser's speech service recognises your voice; the app never receives, sends or stores audio. Live dictation only — not file transcription. Runs on Atlassian Forge with no outside connections.
