ikuTeam Office: Edit Word, PowerPoint & Excel Attachments

We've been using ikuTeam Office Attachments in Confluence and it has significantly improved how our team collaborates on Office documents. The ability to edit Excel, Word, and PowerPoint attachments directly within Confluence eliminates the constant cycle of downloading, editing, and re-uploading files. Real-time collaboration makes teamwork much more efficient, especially when multiple stakeholders need to contribute to the same document. The preview and layout options are also very helpful for reviewing large spreadsheets and presentations. Overall, a well-designed app that integrates seamlessly with Confluence and saves our team a considerable amount of time. Highly recommended.

We're generally satisfied with the Office Editor for Confluence Cloud. Every now and then, there are minor issues with availability (probably due to network problems or something similar). Support responds quickly and helps resolve issues right away. I recommend this app.

Worked at first but was a little slow. After a few months it stopped working. Started showing "Something Went Wrong" on articles. The Excel attachments are there and confirmed they are viable. The native Atlassian Excel macro displays it just fine. Attempted to upgrade, uninstall, and reinstall. Did not work. Attempted a support ticket however did not resolve this issue. Switching back to the native macro instead, although not as convenient. UPDATE: 7/30/2025 - They switched from free plugin to paid plugin. Not worth it.
