More details

  • In order to use this app, you need an active account for the OpenAI API or AlephAlpha. On the administration page, you can configure which of the services is used. (Please note that while the Ticket AI app is free and we don't get any commission, these are paid services.)
  • When the app is installed and configured, you will see additional buttons on the ticket view in Jira, which run pre-built prompts directly with OpenAI or AlephAlpha respectively. You can also ask custom questions about your ticket. The AI-based answers are shown shortly after pressing the buttons.
  • Language support: Currently, only English language is supported officially. For other languages, the app might or might not work.For further details, please refer to our User Documentation on solvvision.de.
