AI for Jira Cloud

We use Easel AI mainly for internal Q&A inside Slack and to create Jira issues from chat. Super handy for IT tickets. Setup was mostly self-serve which I appreciate.

Makes Jira triage less of a headache

The integration works fine, but sometimes the AI is a bit too cautious and escalates tickets it probably could handle. Still better than false confidence, I guess.

Good for fast responses, cuts down on our manual processes with the AI actions. Very nice responses, feel natural and always accurate to our documentation

For a team that relies heavily on Jira, Eesel has been a real asset. It provides helpful context, suggests accurate updates, and generally keeps our projects organized. It’s become a daily tool for us.
