Easy Draft for Jira is a Jira Cloud Addon to give users the ability to create drafts for Jira issues without actually creating them. The drafts are private so they are only viewable and editable for the current user. Once the user fill the information for a draft and feel comfortable with it then he can convert it to a real Jira issue which is then visible to others.
