Works well, but missing style support. This app does exactly what it promises: choose an existing Mermaid code block on the page and render it as a live diagram. The one gap we ran into: inline styling directives (style nodeId fill:#..., stroke:#...) and classDef/class statements are silently ignored, so diagrams that rely on color to distinguish node types (e.g. highlighting a data store vs. a process step) lose that visual cue once rendered. It would be great to see support for standard Mermaid styling added in a future release.

when writing a block of code and converting it into a mermaid diagram, you can only use the auto-detect. the auto-detect doesn't find the code and just goes into error..

It works as expected, in some cases the styles are not the best apply but it make the job.

This plugin does exactly what I was looking for: I can paste Mermaid code directly into the Confluence page and have it rendered inline. This matches the code-block-based workflow I’m used to from Obsidian, where diagrams are defined directly in the page and then rendered via a plugin. That workflow is clean, readable, and very pleasant to work with—and this is the only Confluence plugin I found that truly supports it. The main frustration is still Atlassian itself. Mermaid is a widely used standard for technical documentation, and it’s disappointing that Confluence doesn’t support this kind of code-first diagramming approach by default. The plugin fills an important gap—but that gap really shouldn’t exist.

Thank you! I agree, this should be a native feature.
