Customize the satisfaction ratings and survey prompt to meet your organizational needs and style, including any Unicode text. The language set for the ratings is what is captured in every ticket.

Get survey results immediately added to the ticket

The submitted survey is instantly added to the ticket as part of its activity stream and is only visible to that customer and the JSM agents.

This app adds a customer satisfaction survey to every ticket - enabling your customers the ability to provide valuable experience feedback when looking at their ticket status on the JSM Portal.

App administrators can customize the language used to indicate three satisfaction levels and the language prompting the user to submit the survey.

The survey results are immediately captured as comments in the ticket's activity history, enabling capture without requiring custom fields or forms. The resulting survey comment includes any custom language for the three satisfaction rating levels.

Our roadmap for this application includes many new features, including:

    1. Ability to provide a range of buttons or stars

    2. Provide a means to search for the survey results using JQL

    3. Enable the survey only after resolution.

    4. Support for different survey configurations for separate projects or portals.
