These new apps really should be a single app. While it's useful to have Budgeting, Quotes. It ends up costing 10x more then Xero or Quickbooks for 25 users. For quotes specifially it 90% of the same functionality as invoicing.

  We have intentionally splitted our big feature set (current and planned) into separate apps that our customers could pay only for the features they need.

  If you find our apps expensive, you may do the following:

  • Use Clerk Invoices app for creating quotes (that is possible via creating a separate invoice mockup that has 'quote' naming inside)

  • Use other solutions that you have mentioned
