Remove signatures and images automatically when issues are created from emails
1: Remove the logo and signature from all emails
With Mail Signature Remover, it is possible to remove images and signatures from emails. In the example below, we wanna remove the logo and signature for all future emails.
Step 2: Go to “Manage your apps” in Jira
Upload the logo you wanna remove under “Attachments” in the app. To remove your signature, in the fields “Start text” and “End text” you need to state from where in the email you wanna remove the rest of the text.
The logo and signature have now been removed
After uploading the logo, it will disappear from all future emails. You can upload several pictures. Also, the signature will disappear from all future emails after filling out the fields “Start text” and “End text”.
