Who can participate?
All employees who have the necessary access to the Jira system and are assigned to the project(s) included in the app, which is managed by the Jira administrator.

What you can do as admin of the app:
- registering Jira project(s) with the app
- reviewing the comprehensive list of non-modifiable achievements
- adding and customizing rewards
- assigning / revoking manager right to specific user(s) to enable / disable analyzing and monitoring of user activities
What you can do as user of the app:
- getting a thorough, real-time picture of your activity by having a look at the dashboard
- tracking user progression with achievements
- following up the rewards you are entitled to receive
- checking the leaderboard- highlighting top performers based on real-time ranking based on current scores- tracking direction of change in rank compared to a previous period (month, quarter, year) selected
- tracking quests available and those already completed (weekly, monthly) in the given period
- as manager, reviewing charts on Jira events or Jira issue history changes
