The support folks are awesome, always ready to help and super quick to respond. Honestly, if you want to make your Jira life easier and more organized, this app is where it’s at.

The product is great and the support even better. I had a call to resolve my issue the same day within minutes of reporting it. The agent was very knowledgeable not just about the add-on but Jira in general. One learning for me, it's always best to have a project which is company-managed type as it gives more configuration options. I'd recommend the product and the Support. They are great!
