The "VIP.LEAN Issue Pickers" app is amazing! It allows you to create custom fields programmatically, using JQL queries to retrieve issues from specific projects. Additionally, it offers the ability to refine queries using context in the field, allowing you to further customize your queries by applying one or multiple JQLs. I recommend this application, especially for those who use Jira and want to link issues from different projects on a single screen, with custom fields. This app finally allows us to choose from a vast array of issues in our instance, and the linking functionality works perfectly. The only drawback is the lack of support on the transition screen, but according to the app supplier, this feature is expected to be delivered by the Atlassian platform in the future
