JSM Assets - Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Beta Integration

Needs scheduled/recurring imports, expanded support to other objects like devices (especially Intune), filtering within the objects you're syncing, and error logging within the import itself. An ITAM solution to connect with Entra ID that doesn't sync hardware is bonkers. It's great that users, departments, groups, even enterprise apps can be synced. If you're looking for something to sync users and org info into Jira for automation purposes, this is a great option. Anything beyond that, I suggest you bite the bullet and get a paid app.

It’s missing scheduling imports. Disabled users are often syncing as enabled. Attribute´s are to restricted and filtering options are missing to normalize data or filter users by any criteria, like system users. Overall, disappointed — it’s been almost a year, and the app hasn’t changed at all.

Worked fine but limits the generated object type configuration/mappings

I’m concerned about the experience with Atlassian Jira Assets Management—it’s been disappointing so far, as it’s simply not working as expected. I’m not sure why the tool was released in this state, especially when support is marked as unsupported.

My need was to retrieve MS Entra ID data into Jira Assets. The thing works pretty well. No issue encountered so far
