While the app looked promising, we uninstalled it. Though the documentation states you can restrict the app such that it only appears on issues in certain projects (it has a project filter), we could not get that to work. We followed the configuration instructions correctly to restrict the app to just 1 project, however the app appeared across every project in our JIRA instance. Not desirable.

  Hi James, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that the visibility controls did not meet your expectations. We know limiting plugin visibility is a valued feature for many of our customers.

  Unfortunately, the way Jira’s plugin framework currently works limits our ability to completely hide all UI elements of the plugin outside of selected projects. While our project filter can disable the plugin's functionality in unwanted areas, it can’t fully prevent the plugin from appearing. We agree this is not ideal, and we are continuously evaluating the Jira plugin framework for a better solution.
