Simple Reminder – Email Notifications

nice little app. quite helpful

Handy app for automatic ticket reminders, no need to set up a separate automation rule for each case. Interface is simple and easy to figure out. One wish: add Slack notifications, not just email.

Simple to set up and just works — reminders come through on time, no manual duplication needed. Nice that it doesn't overload the interface with extra settings, took me a couple minutes to figure out.
