Sometimes I want my customers to see SLA's and what to expect and sometimes I don't. It could be a premium service offering or just part of the service that is predictable in terms of time to resolution. This app is great as it lets me choose which portals and groups can see the SLA on their issue! Some great UI and options as to how it's displayed too. A nice feature to have up my sleeve.

Great app! Really sleek and visual way to keep our customers informed of what's happening and how long they can expect their issue to take. Lots of customisation options as well for style and user visibility!
