  Four stars for HelpDesk+ with no note attached still lands as a good sign, and we appreciate it. The app is built to keep support requests flowing right inside Microsoft Teams, so your people can raise and track them without hopping to another tool.

  If there's something that would nudge this from four stars to five, we'd truly like to hear it; the quickest route is our support portal.

Approvals don't work for clients. It only work for agents and for us and i guess for the most of organizations it's nosense. As we manage forms in our customer portal , we can't use the Create issue tab and we can't hide it ... For us , these are critical functional gaps UPDATE AFTER 1 MONTH: After some meetings with Appfire support and product engineers, they eventually replied to our demands and implemented a quick workaround that allowed us to give confidence to our clients. As for this I rise our rate to 3 stars. Although the product has not been mature enough in some terms they are working very fast to work it out.

  We totally understand the need for flexibility and functionality, and we’re right there with you! We’re actively exploring options on broader access approvals, although it’s a longer journey given some underlying limitations.

  As for hiding tabs, the Atlassian app framework does add some constraints, but let’s connect and explore ways we can enhance your experience with HelpDesk+.
