To use our Issue History Analytics App, simply create a ticket in your project and add this app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Once installed, open up an issue glance and click the "Show Issue History" button in the details section. This app will automatically track any status or assignee changes to each individual ticket. It will also show the exact time each change was made and how long it remained in this state. This is ideal for identifying problematic tickets, optimizing work flows, and understanding your team's strengths and weaknesses. The Pro version of this app will have additional features including an analytics dashboard and customizable notifications. Stay tuned!
