App adds a feature to import PDF documents as Confluence pages.
The 'PDF Import' menu allows you to open a dialog and select a PDF file to be imported as a Confluence page. The page is created with the PDF file title.
NOTE: Complex format is not yet supported. Also, some UTF formatting can work incorrectly.
