Create Shift: Users can configure 3 shifts for each project to assign issues in the round-robin method.

Users can add multiple Agents to a shift.

Add Agents: Users can add multiple Agents to a shift.

Access App in Project Settings

Project admins can setup the app configuration from Project settings

Round Robin Assignment with Shift Roster for Jira & JSM allows you to configure Shifts (3 at the most) with agents/users to be assigned automatically.

The plugin will auto assign the issues to agents/users based on the shift time configured.

Configure shift(s) with time slots and agents to be assigned for each project.

Issues/requests will be assigned to respective shift agent in round robin manner if they fall under shift timeslot.

Users can Configure Multiple projects both in Jira Software and Jira Service Management.

The app is built using Atlassian Forge, a secure and reliable platform that stores data completely in Atlassian servers (shift timeslot and account IDs of assignable agents/users)
